An age appropriate PRE-SKILLS Class that is fun, dynamic and structured! Your youngster will have a great time while building core motor skills through their physical and mental development!
Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday & Thursday.....3:30 - 4:00
Tuesday & Thursday..... 6:15 - 6:45
Youth & Family Classes!
(ages 7+)
Martial Arts is great for the entire family! In our standard Beginner Class, students off all ages train and develop in a fun, structured, and nurturing environment. Teens and adults get a good workout while younger students are building focus, respect, and discipline!
Monday & Wednesday.... 4:00 - 4:45
Tuesday & Thursday ....... 6:45 - 7:30
Adult Classes
(ages 14 +)

Be active, have fun, build great friendships, and experience the joys and empowerment of training at West Coast! These classes are structured for adults and are made for you to have "your time" away from your busy day! You are not too old to train and we can work with any chronic injury or circumstance you may have!
